1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through elaialabel.com, operated by ÉLAÏA GbR, An den Fischeräckern 7, 63571 Gelnhausen, Germany.

2. Contract By placing an order, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with ÉLAÏA GbR. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Payment We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. ÉLAÏA GbR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Liability ÉLAÏA GbR is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Gelnhausen, Germany.

10. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings but are willing to do so.
