Refund Policy

We want you to love your ÉLAÏA piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
